1. Book your session - View our calendar showing you the session times that are available. Sessions are to be booked two full days in advance.
2. Choose your meals - Browse through the many delicious entrees available each month, selecting any number between six and twelve meals. In about two hours you will prepare 12 family-sized entrees, or it takes about one hour to assemble 6 entrees. New and exciting menu items are added monthly, so your family can always enjoy a new dish! Most meals are available in portions of two, four, or six . Assemble 12 meals during a single session and you will receive a 13th meal absolutely free! (Not to be combined with any other promotional offer).
3. Complete the assembly process - Make your payment online to save time on your assembly day, or you are welcome to pay in-store (without being charged extra service fees). Don't forget to bring a cooler to transport your meals!
Done Like Dinner - We can save you even more time! Just Add Heat also offers the convenience of complete assembly for no extra charge. Just order your meals online using the current monthly menu, then let us know when you can come and pick them up.
Ready To Go - We offer a selection of individual, ready to go, fresh or frozen meals. Pick one up on your way home from work, or when you're on the go. It's a great way to sample the various recipes we have to offer. We usually have a complete selection of monthly meals available in portion sizes of two, four, or six. If you have your heart set on a specific meal, just give us a call or send an email and we'll let you know if it's available.
We're open Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm, Saturday from 10am to 5pm, and Sunday from noon until 5pm (closed statutory holidays and closed Sundays from May to September).

Chop - We slice, dice, chop, and prepare all of the necessary ingredients to save you even more time, and make the assembly process a breeze.
Assist - Our helpful and friendly staff is available to assist you every step of the way, ensuring that your assembly session is as fast and fun as possible.
Tidy up - No need to worry about the messy cleanup — we take care of that for you so you can concentrate on your meals, and on having fun!
What you do
Assemble - When you arrive everything will be ready and waiting for you — simply assemble the meals as shown on the recipe card and voila, you're done!
Just add heat - Nothing could be more convenient — just thaw the meals when you need them, follow the cooking instructions, and dinner is served!
